The word for the sexual act is read as a compound, enkatamignymi (ἐγκαταμίγνυμι), built from the prefixes meaning in and down onto, joined to a verb that by itself means to mix fluids and is used for intercourse. In that reading, the passage describes an exchange of fluids that is consumed, and the hour says the substance that runs out of Jesus into his hand is the point of the scene.
