Before it, he argues, there is no Hebrew author, no Hebrew physician, and no Hebrew inscription to point to.

The claim is that the Dead Sea Scrolls announcement in 1947 became a prop for a language that did not exist, and that the Greek found with the scrolls was quietly downplayed. It searches Paul and finds no Hebrew at all: Paul quotes the Septuagint, not a Hebrew text.
