This episode changes the room into a gymnasium, and Ammon Hillman begins with a definition. He pulls the old lexicographer Hesychius out of the grave to explain the word gumnasion (γυμνάσιον). It is a place of struggle, a place where one agōnizetai (ἀγωνίζεται), where one contends. Then he turns to line 666 of the Alexandra, the poem in which Lycophron preserves the prophecy of Cassandra, and reads it on the endless labors of Heracles. The claim he reports is that the strongest hero of Greek story was sentenced by the oracle to serve a queen named Omphale, and to walk around in her nightwear.
The labors, in his reading, are not a cartoon of a muscle man. They are a cult record with the older goddess at the center, a beast-shaping drakaina (δράκαινα), the serpent woman. Heracles, he says, belongs to the bowmen and the poison-arrow people, like Odysseus before him. The contest that follows is staged as a rite: two members called sons of Heracles, in the channel’s ritual attire, take turns answering questions about who Jesus is and whom they serve. The text of Revelation supplies the frame, with its figure whose hair is white like wool.
The answers are not presented as facts but as the wrestlers’ own words through the channel’s lens. One says he serves Chronos, Athena, and Dionysus; the other speaks of the first-born (πρωτόγονος) fire. Hillman treats the exchange as exercise in the cult, not as a finished doctrine, and closes the night by dedicating the struggle as a defense of freedom of expression and the mother goddess. The episode is reported as spectacle and ritual rather than as a new set of conclusions.
