Video Description
Ammon Hillman begins with forgery, and with two men of the early church arguing it out. The episode reads the correspondence between Africanus and Origen about the story of Susanna: the puns in the passage, prinos (πρῖνος) against prisis (πρῖσις) and schinos (σχῖνος) against schisis (σχίσις), work only in Greek and fall apart in Hebrew, which the episode says proves the Greek is the original. The second example is Jonah’s shade plant: the Greek names a real, well-documented gourd, the kolokynthē (κολοκύνθη), while the Hebrew word is an invention of uncertain derivation, and the episode concludes that the Hebrew Torah is itself a back-translated forgery.
The gourd turns out to be a drug. The episode walks the colocynth into Greek medicine, where Hippocrates describes it as a plant that purges the fruit, a documented abortifacient that, mixed with hydromel and myrrh, destroys the embryo. The Romans called it cucurbita silvatica, the wild gourd, and the episode’s point is that the knowledge is widespread in Greek and Latin while the Hebrew side stays silent. It belongs, the episode argues, to the pharmacopeia that women pioneered, and to the ritual technology that the mystery cults were built on. The narcōsis that the episode traces to the Greek narkē (νάρκη), the stupor of the drug.
The ending restores the episode’s central figure: Medea. From Pindar’s fourth Pythian ode the episode reads her as the oracular queen on Thera who prophesies the founding of Cyrene, the lion-strangling woman of Libya, and it calls her by her single ancient title, polypharmakos (πολυφάρμακος), the mistress of all drugs. Jason arrives swaddled in purple, is given to the centaur, and Aphrodite brings him the iynx (ἴυγξ), the spell-wheel that draws Medea to him, and teaches him the epōdai (ἐπῳδαί), the magic songs. At the climax Medea anoints him and gives him a drug to be Christed, and the episode closes on the claim that this is what Christing means: the first Christ was Medea herself, about a thousand years before Jesus, the queen of the South whose wisdom the gospel of Luke says was greater than Solomon.

two people, the fate of us all was sealed forever. We are here to correct the timeline.

These are Greek puns.
Which words, as they sound in Greek, can be used in this way, but not in Hebrew?
That’s the argument.
In answer to this, I have to tell you what it behooves us to do in a case not only of the history of Susanna,
which is found in every church of Christ, in that Greek copy.
You ever notice how many Hebrew copies they have? Zero. Fantastic. Okay. Forgery people. It’s these
people talking about forgery. I am not the one to create this history. It’s sitting there in the
text. And these two dudes are arguing. These dudes are Christian dudes. And one of them, Africanus,
is way more well-read than Origen, right? And he’s hitting him with things, right? Now, I know a lot
of people like to talk about the Septuagint, and I just want to say one thing. Anybody who has read
the Septuagint should be able to present to you a reasoned, scientific, and legitimate conclusion
about whether or not it’s a translation. Anybody who’s read it should be able to do that. So
all of you in the room who have not actually read it, and I’m talking about in Greek,
all of you who have not actually read it, step out. Now the rest of you so-called Septuagint
scholars who write your articles and stuff like that, you know where you are. I’m going to give
you this chance to step out right because look dude you’re in a universe where uh you just can’t
okay go take remember that scene where the master comes in and all the little kids are like what’s
master and he’s like never mind and then he cuts them all down remember that yeah that’s what you’re
in for okay hey fantastic let’s i love this i love this stuff bring in that bring him in it’s his
whole body he camouflages, except for one part of it. And he sticks it out right when the lightning
has been hitting. He sticks it out because he knows they’re going to come collecting
the little pervert, those mushroom spirits. I’ll tell you, my God, man, that’s a crazy world.

very scientifically saying look they’re using puns these are greek puns man this can’t come from
a previous language this is native baby right look at look at these thousands thousands of
examples i’m going to show you one today from a totally different book that we haven’t looked
about it’s about a dude in a fish yeah and you all know what it is uh right uh welcome to sunday
school thousands of other passages okay this is not a crazy idea the problem is people you have
been mesmerized by a false narrative, and you can’t help it. It seeped into the culture,
right? It saturated everything. The only thing that we can do is purify, purge, right? We have
to purge. I’m telling you, as your trans-dimensional physician, purging is what they did in order to
remedy these situations. Yeah. Oh, God. This timeline still has hope. You know what I mean?

buy Kool-Aid, right? No, you’re not going to see that. You’re not going to see that. Oh, God. It’s
like, it’s so backdoor. You know, it’s like a brothel, right? You people want to run a brothel,
right? You want to line up all your men and you want to be like, hose them down,
right? You know, oil them up, send them out, send them out to combat. Now, come on, fellas,
with a lot of money a lot of money thank you dr almond and chewy liberating the truth
and mass consciousness i like that who said that it was midnight moksha oh that sounds good i think
i had a i think i had some kind of snuff or chew once that sounded just like that yeah nice i like

speak of Exodus where there is such diversity in what is said about the tabernacle and its court

between what you’ve got in your Septuagint and what this dude is talking to you about.
Well, it’s actually the Hebrew is the original language, and it says something totally different
and sounds like it’s incapable of expressing something more than about a third-grade vocabulary.

use translation. When we notice such things, we are immediately to reject the spurious, the copies

they don’t even have names for basic plants. Okay. So how are we able to compare this stuff?
Now, I’m going to show you tonight a forged Hebrew word.

To reject the spurious copies and the use of our churches
and enjoin the brotherhood to put away the sacred books current among them
and to coax the Jews and persuade them to give us copies

History becomes slant. And all of a sudden what you think happened in antiquity didn’t actually
happen, right? And how do you track this? Through the language. You can track it through the
language. I’m going to show you a forged word. And from this, you can go out and you can find
your own forged words, right? It’s called, I don’t know, we’ll call it education. We’ll call
it celebrating and honoring the muse, right? Hell, your mom, my God, man, you just reminded us,
right why are we doing all of this it’s a great mother if you lose side of that and she is sexy

polytheistic thing to do but they didn’t do that they did the monist thing and said this is what

show you what they are actually talking about, right? Go back to the passage. Look at the second
line. Look at the last word, kolosynth, right? Kolosynth. There, the kolosynth. What is that?
Give me a little look, people. Very well documented in Greek. Look, there’s more
references to this than there there’s um yeah uh some kind of gourd right some kind of gourd and
