This episode opens on the road. Bruno, the field documentarian, is crossing Turkey toward Pergamon (Πέργαμος), and the stream points at the temple of Asclepius there, which it calls the best-known trauma-surgery center of the ancient Mediterranean. The claim is that the technical achievement did not come from the stones but from the language, and that the medicine and the mysteries were carried in the Greek together. From there the show moves to a plan being announced in New York: a non-violent public gathering with the slogan return the goddess and end genocide, set for a December evening in Times Square.
Ammon Hillman then reads an early Christian book for the first time this way. The emperor Domitian asks John for proof of his king’s power, and John requests a death-inducing drug, pharmakon thanasimon (φάρμακον θανάσιμον), mixes it with water, drinks it, and does not die. The stream translates the prayer as a request for the potion of life, pōma zōēs (πῶμα ζωῆς), and says early Christianity was a working with drugs rather than a religion of belief. He adds the reverse-reading that Edem, the garden of Genesis, is Medea spelled backward, and ties it to what he calls the Logos of Eve, the reasoning of the woman behind the mystery.
The close lands on art as the answer to slaughter. The nightingale and the rose are read through Oscar Wilde: the bird presses her heart against the thorn to make the red rose of love, and humanity throws the rose away for silver and a dance. That discarded rose becomes the image of the better world, and the episode ends by saying Lady Babylon reportedly helped save a human life, not through doctrine but by handing someone back a reason to stay. I’m okay. I mean, I’m in an island in the Aegean Sea. I’ve been here for two weeks now, more, like even, I think that I’m going for a full month already now, like three weeks and a half, something like this.
um has been everything good i have to leave turkey for a while because of i’m a tourist in
turkey so i can be there for 90 days in a six month period so i already was there for two months
and i just did two different i mean like half of what i was trying to cover so i still have
one more month and i’m planning to go back in mid-october to keep filming in some places in
chanakale which is in the northwest of turkey we have some special places to go
and scout and then the crew is arriving on november so i’m meeting with them i’m deciding
somewhere probably or greece very close to turkey in some island like this one that i’m
myself now or directly in turkey but um this is um some something that we have to figure out now
in this during these two weeks and then in november the official old route we are doing
um we share it i i i’m i’m gonna share it again in in the stones and serpents um youtube channel as
a publication or something because we already have uh um the actual route which i didn’t do
the whole thing yet and i need the crew to be here to be able to film in a proper way not just like
uh me with the small camera you know and and that’s for november and and it’s possible because
we are receiving support from congregation, from UAM, and we opened our Patreon.
That was planned, you know, but I did it kind of quickly now because of circumstances,
so we kind of push it more. And that’s why also we decided to create this series we’re doing now
with the Mission Pergamon, which is part of a scouting material that I’m doing that was not
planned at the beginning to even to share it as uh as the content we are doing now but we we decided
that we would like to do it and at the same time we can as we are receiving the support we want to
give something back so i’m still recording every day i’m going to different places here in this
island which is a very uh well you know there was the the mysteries of some of trace were very known
in antiquity so this place still holds something very special and and right now i’m like if i talk
about this place a little bit um i’m out of season so there’s like almost no tourism uh just the
people who came here and they are living in you know people from abroad not the people from the
island let’s say like me they are staying here they usually live in the forest or in the top
of the mountain and many of them don’t even they live like in the wild i have more than five you
know it’s great coming here so what i’m trying to see is that this island still um gets all
there’s there’s something special here and i’m not sure how to how to be able to show it through a
camera you know but i’m recording stuff i’m doing you know i’m i’m we’re finding a way to be able to
share with you what we are what i’m doing now while i wait for everybody to come here and i
still have like one month of uncertainty but well i’m i’m kind of used to do it now uh so
well that would be it as an update i guess you said such so many things tell me it must be a
you know as i’m watching the kind of preview and all all you’re doing is you’re showing the
evidence the you’re showing the buildings you’re walking through the building and quoting and
bringing back that ancient spirit and um i personally think that’s fantastic and i thought

it’s um uh how can i say it’s not a professional format like my brother is working for the
documentary week i mean you we just shared the trailer from one year before in lady babylon
actually was the first time it was the 13 31 october so it’s still not one year from our
first trailer release which is not the same as this series that i’m recording by myself
um so um yeah we are pushing it to uh to a problematic material we want to like show it as a
as he should you know but right now i’m i’m we decided to share in this format and i i’m thank
you so much for your kind comments and i will keep doing it and i think it’s it’s cool that
it’s in real time because i’m actually i go to i’m living in a beach so i come here i connect
i upload then i get lost uh no connection for i don’t know 24 hours 48 hours and they do the work
with what i’m sending so it’s actually in in real time everything we’re doing this one you saw
i recorded one month ago but the guys are working now in the material that i’m sending all the time
from this past month also so it will be like this like um we keep it um as a wheel you know it’s

fire and it’s very very wild here and this is something that i feel like um that i realized
a little bit maybe as i’m going to different sites as you were saying before ramon yeah i go to the
sites and different in different places we have been doing it for a year but uh also the other
day i was alone in the site you know it was free because you know here in greece in full moon they
don’t charge you for a go to any of these temples it’s like free so yeah i was i was in a full moon
day i didn’t even know when i arrived she told me like it’s free because because of this and um
it was nobody inside i’m walking the site here in samothraki and the temple of the of the gods um
i i couldn’t sometimes i feel like the site itself it’s not everything you know like uh there is a
piece that is missing kind of thing like you are watching the site and everything so then i kind of
looked at where the site was you know in this of this amazing mountain with the black cloud on top
like every day so i think the place geographical places they choose to put this sacred temples and
where they were doing their practices and everything it’s actually a very important
the actual geographical place there is a why i think and um and you can see it here in this
island or in delphi or in many of them like it’s not randomly choose but for sure look people
geographical thing still happens you know yeah like this like it was before still happening the
same way so i mean the actual geography you know look people look at what bruno is doing you can’t
get that information unless you’re there right i mean you can read about location being important
but you can’t feel what the location does and how it’s affecting the people who are writing
